What is Gift Of Shiksha?
The Gift Of Shiksha initiative was founded in 2009. QASource founders Rajeev and Sonia Rai had become increasingly concerned about the extreme socioeconomic gap between the technical professionals and the lower-paid, non-technical staff employed at the QASource facility in their native India. They paid their non-skilled workers well, but it wasn’t enough to make a measurable difference in their lives.
Through Gift Of Shiksha, QASource is working to lift our low-wage employees’ children out of generational poverty by providing them with quality education.
Today, more than 40 children are enrolled in our philanthropic initiative and are flourishing in schools and have hope for bright futures.
